Client Bill of Right

When you retain Pinnacle Professional to perform your talent search, we believe that you are entitled to service of the highest quality. Here is what you can expect as a Pinnacle client partner:

  • Accurate, careful, complete and candid assessment of our ability to perform your search successfully. We only work in industries where our search consultants have both knowledge and a network of contacts. And we do not start the search until we have worked with you to gain a clear definition of the position, your company’s culture and how the new employee is expected to fit into your organization.
  • Clarity, with a fully defined service plan and fees that will be charged for the placement services provided clearly stated. Our replacement policy (should a new hire leave your company) and other provisions for unusual search situations are fully provided to you, in writing. If you have any questions about this policy, please ask your Pinnacle consultant.
  • Point of contact. You will know who is conducting your search as well as what resources Pinnacle provides to support the consultant handling your search assignment. You also have access to Pinnacle’s founders, should the need arise, at any stage of the search process.
  • Insight. As recruitment experts, Pinnacle will provide you with information about current market conditions for your industry, current pay levels, current recruitment trends and strategies, local demographics, what your competitors are doing to attract talent and your company’s brand equity among job seekers.
  • A relationship built on trust. As your chosen recruitment firm, Pinnacle identifies, tests and thoroughly qualifies candidates to fill your positions through proven, quality-assured processes. You can trust that we know our specialties, know our market, and have built our solid reputation, one relationship at a time.
  • Confidentiality. Pinnacle treats all information we learn about your organization as highly sensitive. Your utmost confidentiality is assured.
  • We keep you in the loop. You will receive regular, detailed progress reports, including where we are targeting candidates, response to the search, candidates currently in the qualifying process and any obstacles there may be to attracting top candidates.
  • Fully qualified candidates who fit both the position and the culture of your organization. We check education, background, skills, motivation and competencies as well as candidates’ pay-and-benefits expectations. In addition, your Pinnacle consultant will assist with comparative candidate assessment. He or she can also assist with making the offer to the successful candidate and Pinnacle will inform and debrief those candidates who are not successful.
  • We help you negotiate the offer to a positive conclusion. As intermediary between you and the candidate, your Pinnacle consultant will help the candidate assess the opportunity and help you by providing feedback from the candidate. We work with both sides to provide you with the candidate who will be motivated, productive and successful in your organization. While we are retained to represent your needs, we want the candidate to join your organization knowing he or she has been treated with fairness, integrity and professionalism.
  • Follow-up. Our responsibility to you does not end with offer acceptance or even on the new hire’s first day. We stay in contact with you and with the new hire to ensure a smooth transition and your total satisfaction before considering the search a success.
