As for the job it is still going great. I moved recently from being a roof designer only to also designing i-joist floor systems. I had been doing wall panels, but it looks as though we are going to try to get out of the wall panel business. The market just doesn't support prefab wall panels in this area. Other than that is has been 7 months and I am still very pleased with the job.

Amanda and I are planning our wedding and we both know that we wouldn't be where we are today without your help and willingness to help us get past all the red tape of finding a job in a different country.
