Wade Miller | CEO and Co-Founder
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wade Miller is responsible for the Executive and Professional Search Division.
EXPERIENCE
Wade founded Pinnacle after a successful career with national recruiting firms. What makes Wade unique is that he worked full time in the recruiting industry while playing for 11-years, full time, in the Canadian Football League with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Wade's competitive nature and team-oriented style is embedded in his approach to business. He is a visionary corporate leader who attributes Pinnacle's success to its team based approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
PERSONAL
Wade is frequently called upon to be a guest speaker on hiring, recruitment, retention, leadership in 21st century and managing and motivating Generation Y in the workplace. In 2007, he was named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 byThe Globe and Mail, a prestigious award which celebrates young leaders of today and tomorrow who have reached a significant level of success before their 40th birthday.
Wade is actively involved in the Global Entrepreneur Organizations as the learning chair for Winnipeg, the Human Resources Association of Manitoba and the Young Associates. Along with business partner Dale Driedger, Wade organizes the Wade Miller Play with Pro's Golf Tournament which to date has raised over $100,000 for amateur football.
Wade takes pride in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of his young son and is trying to keep up with him.
Dale Driedger | President and Co-Founder
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dale Driedger is the President of Pinnacle and is responsible for Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Flexible Staffing Solutions. Dale oversees Pinnacle's administrative requirements and advises clients on developing labour disruption contingency plans.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to founding Pinnacle, Dale served 12 years as a senior vice-president at a national security service responsible for 6 branches and 3,500 employees.
PERSONAL
A lifelong resident of Winnipeg, Dale knows the community. He attended the University of Manitoba and is involved in BOMA of Winnipeg. Along with Wade, he organizes the Wade Miller Play with Pro's Golf Tournament which to date has raised over $100,000 for charity.
Dale is the third base coach of his son's baseball team and fashion coordinator for his daughter.
Bryan Luce | Vice-President Human Resources and Executive Search
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bryan Luce leads Pinnacle's Human Resources Services and Executive Search practices. He advises clients on a wide range of human resources and labour relations issues and partners with clients to build high performance teams by identifying top talent for mid- to C level positions.
EXPERIENCE
A seasoned human resources and labour relations executive, Bryan joined Pinnacle in June 2008. He has over 25 years of human resources and labour relations leadership experience in small to large organizations in the manufacturing, health care, telecommunications and agriculture sectors. Most recently Bryan, was Vice President Human Resources for James Richardson International and Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer for MTS Allstream Inc.
PERSONAL
Bryan served on the Board of Directors for the Manitoba Business Leadership Network and is a member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Executives. An avid hockey enthusiast, Bryan is his son's biggest fan.
Terry Cyr | Principal
RESPONSIBILITIES
Terry Cyr is responsible for client management and service delivery of Pinnacle's four divisions. Ensuring all services presented and delivered add value to our client partnerships.
EXPERIENCE
Terry's 14years experience in the recruiting industry brings extensive problem solving and solution development skills to our client relationships. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Terry was in a management role for eight years with an international recruiting firm. Terry's can-do attitude and proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solution driven results has been a key contributor to the growth and success at Pinnacle.
PERSONAL
Terry attended Ferris State University in Michigan on a hockey scholarship after attending Athol Murray college of Notre Dame in Wilcox, Saskatchewan.
